Nordic Green to participate in project on CO2-neutral shipping
– We are proud to announce that we participate in an international project, supported by the Danish Energy Authorities and led by Technological Institute.
With world renown ship engine producer MAN as a main contributor, we are happy to support the efforts by advising on key elements such as value, production, sourcing, costs and investments and get local permits for storage and use of methanol .
Nordic Green presented at Argus Biofuels 2018
On October 8th, Bo Gleerup entered the stage in London, to give a presentation at the two “Ethanol Days”, sharing Nordic Green’s views on “The role of methanol in the biofuels landscape”. The session was followed by numerous questions from the audience. Bo Gleerup was invited to join the full conference, also including the two “Biodiesel Days”, so in total spending four days on broadening the network of Nordic Green, as well as cultivating the already established connections.

Next time NG enters the big stage will be on May 8th – 9th in London at the Argus Global Gasoline Conference, held at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower located at One Cadogan Place, Knightsbridge. Here Per Koustrup will share his views in the panel discussion; “An outlook on the ethanol and bio-components supply landscape”.

In Amsterdam, from March 20th – 22nd the World Bio Markets took place at the PTA, right in central harbor. There were many topics in different sub categories, but Bo Gleerup was invite to speak about “Commercialising production of bio-methanol”. It was well received and has led to at least three clear business cases which we are now developing, the first ones already starting up, this summer.

On Thursday March 15th, Per Koustrup gave his presentation ”BioDME – Availability, Trends and Economics Enabling Sustainable Mobility” at the DME Sustainable Mobility Workshop, hosted by Ford Research and Innovation Center in Aachen (D). – The presentation was well received and sparked many interesting discussions during the breaks and several business discussing we are currently investigating.
